Since I was unable to attend class on Monday, the portrait session, I decided to have a little photo-shoot myself with asking some friends to pose for me.

Thin line.

By following the instructions on the tutorial we listened to in class I managed to induce an artsy look to the photo. Basically, I've adjusted the hue and saturation of both the background and the foreground (after selecting it with the lasso tool) and used a 90 pixel water-brush to embellish the background.

I've used similar tools with the following photo, however I ended tributing Alexander Rochenko's synthetic cubism.
